Non-Retaliation Policy

No person may be punished, threatened, or targeted for submitting a report in good faith. AGNIX strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns, participate in investigations, or refuse to participate in activities they believe to be unlawful or unethical.

Any employee who retaliates against a reporter will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

How Reports Are Handled

Submission

Your report is encrypted and stored securely. A unique reference code is generated for tracking.

Initial Review

A designated compliance officer reviews the report within 48 hours and assigns appropriate priority.

If warranted, a confidential investigation is conducted by qualified personnel.

Resolution

Appropriate action is taken, and the report status is updated. You can track progress using your reference code.
